Working Steps
Step 1 Put the empty cylinder in this black base on the conveyor as the beginning of conveyor.
Step 2 Rough filling (First Filling)
Step 3 Accurate filling (Second filling)
Step 4 Put the valve by manual, there is one vibrative device, so the work can be done easier. Remark: The pressure gauge, diptube should be prepare assembled.
Step 5 Fix/tight the valve with cylinder
Step 6 Rotary the Cylinder to avoid dry powder stock in side, get prepared for filling the N2 gas.
Step 7 Filling the N2 gas
Above are standard machine, after filling N2, the fire extinguisher have to be taken away from conveyor to the place for hydraulic.
