However oil & fats burn at relatively high temperature and hence once they catch fire, extinguishing them is very difficult. Open flames, red hot cooking surfaces and a heavily grease-laden environment help to kitchen fire to spread quickly and have proven to be very difficult to extinguish. FEATURE
The equipment is driven by both mechanic and electric, monitoring the kitchen within twenty-four hours. Once the fire, it will start automatically, the manual start and emergency start are also available as option. The nozzle will spray the chemical onto cooking pan, in the same time, to hook and exhaust fume pipe, the gas supply valve will shut down automatically. After extinguishing the fire, the water inlet valve will open and spray the water to reduce the temperatures.
The system is using the Anticorrosive materials to issue the long life of application.
The extinguishing is specially designed for burning oil pan. It is non-toxic, tasteless, easy for clean, efficient.
