UL Listed Automatic Kitchen Fire Suppression System,
Wet Chemical esigned Specifically for Kitchens
The UL Listed Kitchen Fire Suppression System is an advanced wet chemical fire protection solution specifically designed for commercial cooking environments. Developed in strict compliance with NFPA 17A and UL standards, this system provides reliable automatic and manual actuation to quickly suppress grease fires in restaurants, hotels, hospital cafeterias, fast food chains, food courts, and marine galleys.
Unlike dry chemical systems, our K-Class wet chemical agent attacks fire on multiple fronts: it cools the burning oil, creates a saponified foam layer to seal off oxygen, and prevents dangerous re-gnition. The result is faster fire control, less mess, and minimal kitchen downtime.
Detection - Fusible links rated at a specific temperature are installed above cooking appliances and inside exhaust ducts. When a fire breaks out, the heat melts the fusible link.
Mechanical Activation - Once the fusible link separates, the tension on the stainless steel wire rope is released. This triggers a piercing needle inside the automatic mechanical activation panel, which punctures the CO2 propellant cartridge. No electricity is required, ensuring the system works even during a power failure.
Agent Discharge - The released CO2 gas pushes the wet chemical agent through a pre engineered piping network and out of strategically placed nozzles. The agent is sprayed onto the cooking surface, plenum area, and exhaust duct at a precise flow rate.
Fire Extinguishment - Upon contact with hot grease, the agent rapidly undergoes saponification, forming a thick, soap like foam layer. This layer insulates the fuel from oxygen, cools the grease below its auto-ignition point, and suppresses flammable vapors.
Optional Integration - The system can be wired to automatically shut off the gas supply (via a gas shut-off valve) and trigger an audio-visual alarm, notifying occupants and kitchen staff.
24/7 Protection - Fully mechanical automatic detection and actuation means protection is always active, even when the kitchen is unattended.
No Electricity Needed - Ideal for kitchens where power supply may be unreliable or where passive safety is required.
Fast & Clean - The wet chemical agent wipes off easily from surfaces. After service, your kitchen can resume operation with minimal downtime.
Non-Toxic - No hazardous vapors are released during discharge, making the system safe for occupied areas.
Flexible Installation - Compact cylinder sizes (9L to 30L) and flexible piping configurations allow the system to fit any kitchen layout without interfering with daily workflow.
Manual Override - In case of early fire detection, kitchen staff can pull the manual activation station to discharge the system instantly, before the fusible links melt.
The UL Listed Kitchen Fire Suppression System can be easily integrated with:
Gas solenoid shut-ff valves - Automatically cuts fuel supply upon system actuation.
Exhaust fan interlocks - Stops the ventilation fan to prevent feeding the fire with fresh air.
Fire alarm control panels - Provides a dry contact signal to trigger building alarms and remote monitoring.
UL Certified - Proven performance to international safety standards.
Engineered for Commercial Kitchens - Specifically formulated for high-emperature grease and oil fires.
CostEffective - Reduces property damage, protects staff and customers, and lowers insurance premiums.
Made in China, Exported Worldwide - Competitive pricing without compromising quality.
