The assembly typically consists of a durable hose (rubber or PVC) with threaded couplings on both ends, and a horn (nozzle) that attaches to the discharge end. The horn shapes the extinguishing agent stream for maximum effectiveness - a straight horn for dry powder or foam, or an expanded horn for CO2 to safely manage gas expansion and reduce static charge.
Trolley extinguishers store larger volumes of agent (typically 25 kg to 100 kg dry powder, or 10-50 kg CO2), requiring a robust hose assembly that remains flexible under pressure and resists kinking, abrasion, and environmental exposure. Our assemblies are manufactured from high-grade materials and fitted with standard threads (BSP, NPT, or metric) to match most trolley valve outlets.
