Dry powder valve assemblies are designed for use with ABC or BC dry powder fire extinguishers. They typically feature a quick-opening lever mechanism, a built-in pressure gauge port, and a safety pin with anti-tamper seal. The valve body is commonly made of forged brass or aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and durability. Discharge rates are optimized for consistent powder flow without clogging. Most models are compatible with standard dip tubes and O-ring seals.
CO2 valves are engineered for high-pressure service (up to 180 bar / 2600 psi). They use a direct-acting or handwheel-operated spindle with a non-rising stem design. A safety burst disc is integrated to prevent over-pressurization. The valve outlet is threaded for connection to a high-pressure horn or discharge hose. CO2 valves require rigorous sealing and strict thread standards (e.g. 30E, 1/2" NPT, or BS EN 3) to ensure leak-proof performance.
All valves comply with EN 3, ISO 7165, or UL standards upon request.
